Depending on the type of engagement, we charge either a fixed retainer, per hourly rate, or a success fee. Our monthly retainer starts at four figures to cover operating cost while we charge lower success fees vs investment banks (% of deal value / capital raise). We are also open to discuss a suitable equity fee structure if appropriate.
In all cases, our goal is to add tangible value to our clients and we expect this to come net of our fees.
